SIDANG KASUS GANDEKAN DI LUAR KOTA SOLO

Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Surakarta mengusulkan sidang kasus bentrok antarkelompok massa di Kampung Gandekan, Solo awal Mei lalu dilakukan di luar Solo. Hal itu untuk menghindari keributan lanjutan. Hal itu dikatakan oleh pejabat Humas Kejari Surakarta, Wahyu Darmawan kepada wartawan, Rabu (27/6) siang. Dikatakan, usul tersebut beralasan karena dua kelompok massa yang sempat berseteru sama-sama berada di wilayah Solo. ”Persidangan baiknya di luar wilayah Solo saja, alasannya untuk menghindari gangguan keamanan,” jelasnya. Wahyu mengatakan, salah satu hal yang patut dipertimbangkan terkait karakter kelompok massa yang sangat mudah terprovokasi. Usulan tersebut menurut Wahyu, sesuai persetujuan Walikota Solo, dan Kapolresta Surakarta dengan surat tembusan yang ditujukan ke Kejari Surakarta. ”Namun kita belum bisa pastikan apakah usulan ini nanti akan disetujui Mahkamah Agung (MA) atau tidak. MA akan kami surati dulu,” jelas Wahyu mewakili Kajari Surakarta, Ricardo Sitinjak di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Surakarta. Dikatakan, pihak kejaksaan telah menerima pelimpahan berkas dari penyidik kepolisian.
